Gregory P. Fortuna
Gregory P. Fortuna, CFA is Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Fund Connect. Greg has been in the electronic execution field since 1998. Over the past eighteen years, Greg has worked on fixed income, FX, ETF, and money market trading portals. Greg has vast experience in both sales and design of leading edge technological solutions in the trade execution arena. Prior to joining State Street, Greg worked as an analyst and author for Thomson Financial Services Corp and Fidelity Management & Research Company. Greg is a cum laude graduate of Boston College. Greg earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 3 and 24 licenses.
Peter McHugh is Head of Distribution and Business Development for State Street Fund Connect in EMEA. Prior to joining State Street in 2010, Peter spent 10 years at Lehman Brothers and held a variety of roles in finance, treasury and asset management. From 2005 Peter had responsibility for all non-investment activity in Lehman Brothers Asset Management offshore liquidity funds business including sales, client service, product development, reporting and infrastructure. He holds an MA in Economics from Glasgow University and is a Chartered Management Accountant.

Kevin Conn is vice president and head of Operations for the Fund Connect team with State Street Global Markets. In this role, Kevin is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all of the clients and funds data held on the Fund Connect Money Market Portal. Kevin also runs the Money Market Omnibus clearing business through Fund Connect and is the designated principal. Kevin joined State Street in 2012 from Dreyfus, a New York-based mutual fund corporation, where he was Vice President of Operations and Client Service. In this role, he was responsible for a team that supported all of the operational needs of the firms Institutional Clients. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the State University of NY, Geneseo. Kevin holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 99 licenses.
Steven E. Dawson is vice president and head of Product Management for Fund Connect. Steven has over 15 years’ experience in designing and building electronic trading and settlement solutions. During 13 years at State Street, Steven has designed electronic solutions for money market fund, mutual fund, ETF, payments, securities, FX, money market and cash management businesses. Steven brings a global perspective to Fund Connect, having held regional and global roles in North America, EMEA and APAC. Prior to joining State Street in 2003, Steven worked as a market maker for Botta Derivatives Trading LLC / GmbH on the CBOE and Eurex derivatives exchanges. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Swarthmore College.
Tracey Taylor is managing director and Head of White Label Solutions for Fund Connect. In this role, Tracey is responsible for managing the relationships and implementation of Fund Connect’s White Label offering. Tracey has over 18 years’ experience in the financial services industry and has been in the electronic trading business since 2000 focusing primarily on product development and execution. Tracey holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Providence College. Tracey holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Eric Wolf is managing director and Head of Strategic Business Development and Client Integration. In this role, Eric provides key leadership in the development of the product’s core infrastructure and sales strategies. Eric joined State Street in 2002 from Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), where he was a senior consultant. While at CSC, he worked with Fortune 500 companies to design and develop solutions to solve business problems and support strategic business goals. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in consumer affairs from the University of Rhode Island. Eric holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Anqing Xu, Ph.D
Anqing Xu is managing director and head of development for the Fund Connect trading platform. As a principle architect and development lead, Anqing oversees the daily development of the product and also provides technical vision to various aspects of the business line. Anqing has more than 16 years of experience in developing and architecting enterprise applications with a focus on highly-reliable and low-latency systems. Anqing joined State Street in 2007 from Amicas Inc. (acquired by Merge HealthCare), where he was the manager of Sustaining Engineering and System Integration group. Before that Anqing was a senior engineer at Coventor, a leading MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical-System) CAD software provider. Anqing holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Science and Technology of China and a PhD from Lehigh University PA, both in engineering.
